Easy to book appointments online, but when I needed emergency appointment I could not get through on the phone so I had to go to the surgery and book. Good treatment from the Doctors I have seen. The receptionists manner is not particularly friendly.

It's clean and it's better than having no GP at all. But I found INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL infact inconvenienced me on more than one occasion !!!!!!!!! I didn't find the practitioners to be very re assuring and warm either. Not the kind of surgery I would recomend based on this. Due to moving about I've been to many GP surgeries and this is the worst.

Took a lot of appointments and visits to get a doctor to finally listen to me and refer me.

Almost impossible to get an appointment with a specific doctor in less than a month. Receptionists have no empathy. Even if they are unable to deal with you immediately an acknowledgement would be nice. On the plus side I have found Dr Alan and Dr Turner to be particularly good.

Having recently experienced severe nerve pain in neck, shoulder and arm I feel I must acknowledge the amazing support I received from my surgery. The receptionists went out of their way to fit me in almost immediately. I needed 3 visits in one week and this was organised with no fuss with the appropriate doctor. Doctor Alwan and Dr Odina were amazing and prescribed appropriate medication. A trip to the hospital was organised for the next day for x rays. Dr Turner also called me back at home within the hour when I phoned the surgery for advice. Excellent support and a very professional and well-run surgery. Thank you all at Central Surgery!
